i have another pic but its not uploading right now

its on the roof on the rear. Could i wetsand it and put another coat of clear on it?

of course, sandpaper will help, just go around the green with 250 grit

 

from what I can tell from your picture: no, the paint is gone

sand it down, mask it off, and paint it any color you feel appropriate

Nope, that needs painted, my CD5 accord was the same way on all the tops before I painted it.

 

DEF going to have to paint... that **** needs more cowbell!

Just repaint the entire roof. You wont have to worry about matching issues as much because of the cutoff.

EDIT: no it cant be fixed without painting
