This seems like such a noob question and it is yet I have searched here and the all motor forum and no luck. Car is a 94 ex Civic.

I found a good deal on a DC sport header for my d16z6, will this be a direct bolt on with my stock exhaust and will it affect my AC any? Thanks

i dont think it should, but i haven't run a header with ac yet. of course i ripped my ac out too...

I put on a D-series 4-1 1-piece DC header (was on a D15B8) onto my friends Z6 with AC and PS. So yes it will/should work. Just gonna have to twist and turn to get it pass the fan a little.

Yeah he had a stock cat and it bolted up just fine.
