Default HorsepowerFreaks EVO w/GT35R (535whp, 421wtq on stock 2.0L) w/videos and dyno

[b]http://www.horsepowerfreaks.com[b]

The Evo got a taste of some raw power last week when we dialed in my new HorsepowerFreaks GT35R turbo kit. It has a bone stock 2.0L Evo 4g63 with the exception of 3.5" exhaust, ARP head studs, and GSC 272 cams. We stopped tuning when we were losing fuel pressure at 535whp.

The kit comes with a 4" intake and K+N filter, equal-length manifold with T4 turbo flange and Tial v-band wastegate flange, HPF spec GT35R, Tial 44mm v-band wastegate, 3" V-band turbo outlet connection to 3.5" downpipe, lower intercooler piping, all oil and water lines/fittings and gaskets as well as manifold hardware.

DYNO CHART

We'll have the new HPF fuel system ready here shortly and we'll be able to turn up the boost.

I can't believe EVO's can gain 90whp with just an exhaust, intake, and intercooler - all on the stock turbo. Im jelous.

They are very de-tuned, their stock AFR's are like in the 9's or 10's

The kit with the intercooler, exhaust and intake - is that your stage 2 or 3 kit? And Im assuming the 326whp is tuned right? How much can you "bolt on" to an EVO before you need to retune?

Im working with the R&D dept. to see if we can get an optional divided T4 housing with a divided T4 manifold... I think we'll see a significant drop in spool time (Thanks Tony)
