I have an 87 Accord LX-i. When the car is cold it won't shift into high gear below 45 mph.(Auto) It also does this thing when you are at a certain speed and slow down to turn a corner it acts like it is jumping out of gear, but if you let off the fuel it goes back into gear. It also does this when you like slow down for a light and then go to step back on the gas. It seems like it only does it when you don't slow down enough to allow it to shift down into 2nd gear. Other than this the car drives great. Oh, it has 218,000+ miles on it, but it is the second tranny since it was new. Any ideas???
