Found some cheap EF8 mirrors
Ok I found a guy selling these EF8 power folding mirrors and he only wants $20 US for them, the only problem is that he doesnt have the loom or the power folding button for them, I can probably find a powerfolding button but I dont know what do about the loom,
Could I just buy heaps of wire and do some custom loom?
Also can someone verify for me that these are indeed ef8 mirrors, they just look alot sqaurer then normal ef7 ones, Heres a pic of them here -

EF9 mirrors too I know can have the power adjustmants but not be power folding. I'm not sure if EF7's or 8's can be the same way, but definetly something worth checking out. I bought EF9 doors to put onto my hatch, but later found out about the mirrors.
Well my ef7 has power adjusting, but these are power folding and power adjusting, as the guy said they are off an ef8 SiR. I just want to make sure that if I buy them I can custom up some kind of loom and maybe even a button for the powerfolding if I cant locate a jdm button etc.
Also I dont know anything about ef8 mirrors except for the fact that they are power folding ... so I just want to make sure that these are ef8 mirrors and this guy isnt a noob
thanks

You can make the harness/loom yourself i did when i made my power mirrors, the basic power adjustment mirrors have 3 wires going to them, I think the power folding should have 5...either way $20 for 2 mirrors is dirt cheap power or not
Oh I don't know difference from crx or civic EF8 9 or whatever but those look like they won't fit a crx...look at my sig for my hybrid mirror write up to see how the civic and crx mount plates are different

Thats cool about the loom, what about a switch for powerfolding? maybe I can buy a switch from a electrical place and cutom it up, but I should beable to find a jdm one thougth.
These are meant to be off a EF8 CRX.

So the relay is the jdm switch right? I live outside of the US thougth.

Oh yea you also need the relay for the folding mirrors forgot about that, the regular power ones you don't...I have a switch for the mirrors w/o the folding button if you need it and I'm sure you can make a switch for the folding
I don't think those are CRX mirrors...look at this pic my CRX mirror next to a 88 civic 4dr power mirror, see how the top is flat on the crx and not on the civic mirror
