okay i got a 97 civic ex vtec the enigne is stock and was sitting for a while cause my radiaotr well i got that all fixed and new hose all the way around, but now when i give it gas it's like its retarded and slow it kinda like stuters but doesnt backfire, and i push the petal all the way down but it doesnt go as fast as it used to like it's reading the pedal is down all the way but its acting like the lil civic that couldN'T. please any suggestions?

 

yea i still dont know what to do cause i need it back to normal, it has oil what do u guys think it could be?
