I was changing my spark plugs, when I noticed one of the plugs was drenched in oil. I believe it may be a stuck valve seal, because it hasn't been running in a while. Also, I don't have any smoke coming out of the tail pipe, but my motor is smoking underneath the valve cover. Could that be fixed with a new valve cover gasket, or what.

 

Try replacing your valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals and clean the motor off sounds like it just needs to be resealed
