rc injector installation question
I just got some 750cc rc injectors for my 94 civic. was trying to install them last night, but ran into a few problems. first, do i need to use the 2 spacers that came with the injectors? i just threw them on, seem to fit fine without the spacers. second, when trying to stick the plugs into the injectors, plugs wouldn't go in. i looked at the injector where the plugs go in, and there is a small notch in the middle which is preventing the plugs from going in. looks like this | ' |
is it okay to cut off that notch to fit the plugs on? has anyone else run into this and just cut off that notch?? please let me know. thanks

yup, think i got the right injectors. rc 750cc saturated injectors. SL4-750. seller said it was for a B series motor, but would fit D series with the included spacers. injectors fit into manifold, just the plug isnt going in because of the little notch.
ohhh yea ive heard of this... yah that notch doesnt matter. you can deffinately cut it off so that the plug can slide into the injector. I found that out kinda late cus what i did was i took the plug completely off and just plugged in the wires... it workes perfect but cuting that notch will be a lot better and more convenient.
