Civic Wagon Suspension
Do non-Wagon struts and springs fit on the Wagon? When I search for parts online, everything says excluding wagon. But, when I search around H-T people are running aftermarket suspension components in their wagons.
What about sway bars or strut bars? I bought a set of springs already, hopefully they fit, we'll know this weekend

non-wagon shocks and springs do fit, but you must change to both non-wagon shocks and springs simultaneously. the wagon uses a rear shock the same length as other civics of the same year (except '92 and newer), but the spring perch is mounted much lower on the shock tube, as the wagon rear springs are much longer than the civic's. swapping to shocks and springs intended for a normal civic works, because the assembly length doesn't change - just the location of the spring perch and length of the spring itself.
wouldn't overload the back of the car afterwards, though.

Good point, and thanks for the info. I'm going to be using the Progress B-series swap springs, maybe with those and some Koni sports the higher spring rate and better dampening will make up for the loss of travel.
