reliable struts
my girlfriend blew another strut. honda replaced them a number of times. she is not lowered to much. about 2 finger well gap. she just has some weapon R coil overs on OEM struts. they last 1-2 years and then need replacement. we dont have alot of money to spare right now. and i am tryng to find out what struts i should look twards? im looking for somethign that will last longer htan a year... hopefully near 4+ years. any idea's guys? and something that can fit our budget... near 300$ range or so. ive heard alot of struts fail after about a year. i have searched but most people dont talk about how long their struts last. just how well they rode.
thanks!

You can try the KYB AGX or tokico illuminas, they'll do much better than a stock shock. Personally id' save an extra 150 or so for koni yellows and their lifetime street warranty. I've had mine for almost 3 years and 60,000 miles and they've been champs.

i was considering koni yellows. any idea if the warantee folows through to second hand? (doubt) we have to part out an integra, so i might have enough for the yellows. a few people have told me good about them.
sucks... the chassis fell and its rubbing in the tire now took the sidewall off her new tires
ty for your responce. any more opinions?

iirc, the warranty doesn't carry over to secondary owners.
the koni is a great shock, and my recommendation. but the tokico illuminas aren't bad either. the AGX's have a hit or miss reliability record, but like any of the after market shocks, with a mild spring rate and drop, i don't see there being much of an issue.
