would the 99-00 civic front bumper fit on a 96-98 civic

was wondering will this fit without changing the lights/hood/fenders on a 98 civic coupe because it looks like it might work

thats not a oem 99-00 bumper but still i dont think it will fit since the size of the headlights, grill, and fenders are different in size.

yes it will with a little modification to your bumper hangers or whatever you call them. they are the two little metal pieces that your bumper bolts to on top. you will just have to cut a little off in order for the grill to fit and redrill holes to put your bolts back on them. it would be towards the inside where your grill would sit. i've seen it done before without swapping out your radiator support. too bad clubek.net/forums is down cause they had a pretty good thread posted up on how to do a 99-00 conversion on a 96-98. sigh....***
