Default DOHC ZC will not start! Problems starting.

My dohc zc was running fine when it was n/a. I pieced together a junkyard turbo kit and installed it. The car ran but i noticed the vavle stem seals were blown. I took apart the head and had it rebuilt. I just got the head back on and now there are problems with it starting. I am running a chipped pm6 ecu with turboedit. I also have a virgin pm6 for testing purposes. The car will not start with either ecu. There is fuel, spark plugs are wet. There is stark, I pulled a plug and hooked it up to the wire and there is spark. The plugs are brand new and so is the cap and rotor. Wires are semi new. I compression check the motor and the numbers were 195,210,200,205. I have checked and recheck timing. Everything checks out good? When chranking the motor, it will sputter like it wants to start but doesnt. I am clueless. thanks for the help.

check timing, then I would make sure you are getting signal out of the dizzy. Your coil might be bad to. If you have no spark, start from the dizzy to the ecu back to the coil and test eveything. Just my 2 cents...good luck

I pulled the plug and wire out, hooked up the plug to the wire and cranked the engine. I check 2 of the 4 wires but didnt think to check the rest. I will do that.

I had to crank mine for 10 mins straight before it fired for the first time. Ran my battery dead and did it again. After that it starts the first time every time.

Battery not throwing out enough amps???

Believe it or not my 93 EX every month kept struggling more and more to start. Sound ok turning over took about 5 or 6 cranks and it started. One morning it barely started at all so I bought a new battery and back 1 or 2 cranks and she fires up now.

Try jump starting it yet?

Yes, teh battery is one of the problems getting it started. I have one of the small odessy batteries. I have been trying to jump start it because the battery will only take a few cranks.
