i just picked up a 90 or 91 4-door but i need to know what year it is. i did not get a title with it. i know that is a 90 or 91 because of the corner markers. is there a digit or a letter in the vin number that will clue me in?

also does anyone know how to check for leins against cars. i am trying to get a court-ordered title for it and putting it back on the streets. it is a pretty rare color
(i think) cobalt blue clearcoat or something like that.

 

if it still has the label in the passenger's door that has the weight ratings, the month and year is usually on there.
