Default will new intake help?

i have an issue with my engine pulsing after warming up to running temp. tried fiv, and eacv replaced both. will a new intake help such as a skunk2 intake?
hit me up.
note* replaced valves with pretty sure good parts.
any help it great!

i had the motor built. all new fluids, oils.

Bleed the air out of your radiator and the bleeder screw on the coolant passage. Check for vacuum links. Use search.

Check all your lines.. probably have a busted line somewhere letting air escape.
By eacv did you mean IACV? if not, check your IACV

It could also be a bad grounding somewhere..
