1. The head. Obviously we have this engine that is hiding under the engine bay. How do we access the head/valve cover/spark plugs? The cowl that hangs over the engine bay is metal underneath, but does it unbolt from the car?

2. Wheels. Anyone have some idea as to what that maximum offset we could push, and the widest wheel we could run at stockish ride height (at stock-matching total diameter of wheel/tire)?

 

I have done a JDM DC5 Valve cover you need to take all the plastic off then unbolt 6 bolts and you will be able to access it

 

I hate to be the dumb noob, but what did you do to remove the plastic cover. I'm not lazy, I'm just not standing in front of my car right now.

 

you have to take off all the plastic side parts and remove the wiper arms which are bolted down, once that is taken care of you should be able to remove the cowl to is on therte good so the first time off you may need to use some force. also try to be gentle with the clips, they will break easily
