Default Buying a motorcycle, comments please

I am thinking on buying a 98 ninja zx6r, This one to be exact but dont know alot about kawasaki bikes, or this one imparticular. What do you guys think? Does anyone know any general info about kawasaki or this year and make bike. Have there been any compolaints through out the years about Kawasaki or are they fairly reputable? Ive only owned CBRs so just looking for common knowledge.

ive never owned one (never will), but ive heard of people having major problems with late-90's kawi's. major problems. not worth the headache if you could pick up an f3 for the same price.

OK so why the comments, is it becaus eof the biasness of being on honda-tech? Which wouldnt surprise me ( chuckles to himself ) ! I am looking for fuel economy and a good solid ride that isnt to entry level. I just sold my 95 cbr 900 RR bcaus eit was to heavy. Im only 5'7" 165 lbs. to much effort to hold up. So im downsizing. just wanted some info if anyone has any. Like my buddy... or I drove one before... any story or comment is appreciated.

No reason to buy a Kawasaki IMO, unless you are choosing between the newest 600s and you want the extra displacement of the 636.

Kawasaki = kid's bikes. They feel weird when you sit on them...like Power Wheels or something. Honda and Suzuki have the most "quality" feel to them out of all the Japanese bikes...Yammy's are somewhere in the middle.
