Default FS: 90 EF hatch w/ B18 C

come on people I want this out of my garage

Located in RI:

I've got a 90 honda civic hatchback with a b18c1 (Integra GSR motor) for sale. I have over 7k into the car and I want 5kobo(read this is a starting point for negotiations). Serious inquiries only and lowballers wil be ignored.

The car has the the following mods:
Tockico blues with Ground controls.
New upper and lower ball joints
new wheel bearings
new HF steering rack
new integra brakes
new axles
15" rota slips w/ Kuhmos
Si seats
CRX si dash
SI carpet
SI door panels
New tach
B18C1 GSR Motor
LS cable tranny (I originally intended to boost)
Neuspeed 4-2-1 header
CTR crank pulley
New timing belt
HP Racing Intake Manifold
AEM CAI
new ACT flywheel (i think 8 or 9 pound, can't remember)
Excedy organic clutch
Chipped p28 (4 Chips, mugen, vision, feels, and skunk2)
converted to OBD1
custom exhaust
B&M shifter bushing kit
DC GSR short shifter
CRX lip
Sylvania silver star lights
I also have some misc parts laying around that I'll throw in as well.

The bad:
The windshield is currently cracked but I will either replace it or knock off the 200 bucks that it will cost to fix.
Car failed RI inspection for smog, most likely need to have the cat and o2 cleaned up, or driving it around more to blow it out.

Other than that the car is in excellent mechanical condition according to the inspector. It also runs excellent and is a blast to drive, not to mention when I do drive it it gets over 35mpg!!

I'm sure I'm missing some stuff, but that's all I can think of now. Oh and all the stuff I've listed as new has a few thousand miles on it. I rarely drive the car and it has not seen a winter since I bought it. It is currently sitting in my garage.

The body is very clean, just a couple very small rust marks forming, and the hood is satin black. I replaced the original, as it was dented when I bought it, with a red hood so I painted it black.

there is a small spot on one of the quarters like the size of a quarter just surface, and I think another on the rocker under the car about the same size, but you can't see that one unless the car is on stands and you're under it.

As far as parts I have a couple things in the garage but i'll have to look, i know i have a tie rod and some stuff like that.
