Difference between a P28 and P2T ECU?

Whats the difference? Both from an SI right? Which is more valuable?

obd1 vs obd2
one controls sohc vtec (p28)
one controls dohc vtec (p2t)

generally, p28 is more in demand, because tuning is a LOT easier using obd1
