Default Info on H23 swap.

OK. I know this is going to be expensive. I see that H23 isn't mentioned in the Civic Swap FAQ, so I'm assuming either it's not popular or too expensive, ect.

What I want to know is...has it been done? How much major work(work not doable by a normal household garage(welding, ect.)) will need to be done? How much is estimated cost?

If everyone is leaning towards a do it, where are some links I can view and what gen would I look into.

I have a complete H23 and tranny from a wreck I just got in. Totaled my prelude. I'm looking for something cheap to drop my engine into. (Prelude shells are hard to find)

I did search but couldn't find anything. Thanks.

i believe the h23 swap = h22 swap for the most part, excluding vtec wiring. it has been done before, usually people put the h22 vtec head on the h23 block. search around this site, and look into h22 swaps, im 99% sure its the same thing, once again, minus the vtec wiring.
