HELP WITH SMOG TEST IN MARYLAND
sup guys....i live in baltimore and was wondering how the guys in maryland get pass the smog test? i got a turbo itr with 12 psi on street and my smog test is comming at the end of the year..please some1..helppppppppppp....spend to much to take the turbo off...any hookups?
