My friend wants to upgrade his headers and exhaust and he asked me to help him with it. He has $1,000 to spend. I was thinking between DC or MEGAN headers(COMPTECH TO EXPENSIVE) and Apex'i WS2 or Greddy SP2 exhaust. What do you guys think?

 

headers and axle back exhaust are about as far as I would go. Problem with J30a is that when you free up the exhaust too much you seriously kill your low to mid range torque. This is bad since the engine is already lacking in this area. Save your pennies and rebuild the trans and buy a blower (comptech super charger)

 

I've been looking for good dual tip axle back system, any ideas? links maybe? thaks in advance
