is the rear strut bar located in the rear window of a 92-95 hatch or is it located in the bottom of the trunk like a coupe?

Also if it isnt located in the rear window, or is that a tie bar?

From what I understand, your car does not come with a strut bar or tie bar stock, pics of what you mean would help. It's possible that you have a trunk bar.

Anywho, a strut bar spans across the rear shock (strut) towers, go figure. A tie bar is on the bottom of your car sitting beneath the subframe spanning between the LCA links.

The big thing that says "benen" is a tie bar.

What im basically talking about, is what is this bar called? (in the back window)

 

Pillar bar?

 

I believe most people refer to that as a "c-pillar bar"
