Strange squealing noise coming from my GSR?

Strange squealing noise coming from my GSR?
I have a 94 GSR. Only had it for a few months.
Occasionaly, after the car has warmed up, it will make a squeal/chirping noise which pulsates. The noise only occurs when the car is idling or going very slow. It cuts out when I give it gas. I am pretty sure that its a belt. The funny thing is, it only does it about half the time I'm driving.
