Default A difficult decision...

I had a prelude, but it was totalled by a certain family member who was not insured on it. Now that it is gone, would you rather:

1) Save up for a year or so and get another prelude (my father is chippin in), but have to ride it basically bone stock for a while because you have to pay for college eventually, or

2) Just get a civic and be able to use the cash you get to mod it.

Which should I do (or another option if you have one), and why? I am really torn over this. thanx in advance for all your help!

Honestly? Tell us how much you have to work with first, and what did you like about the lude the most(Power, handling, comfort, looks, etc.)?

As of right now I have $0. We just finished totally revamping the entire lude, and now i am bust. Actually, i have about $300 left, but i kinda need sum cash to be able to do anything. The lude has been my dream car for forever and a day, I LOVE the looks, and it has enough power for me. The ride can be a little rough, but the interior cant be beat, and Ive never felt more comfortable in a car. The Seats are to die for. Civics arent bad either, i have to admit. Its just that they are EVERYWHERE. You can pick up a rock and randomly throw it, and you have a 50% chance of hitting a civiv (Id NEVER do that tho, never hurt a car! ) But yea, my cousin is a show-winning Civic owner whos sponsered by HKS, so i could get some nice stuff for the civic as he changes his, but i dont know. I am way in love with the lude, but by the time i will have any money to do any real mods, the 4th gs with be like 10 years old, and parts will be scarce. I dont know what to do!! Thanx again!

Because I an in love with the H22A, I was thinking of dropping an H22A into an integra. It sounds like you really love the car overall, though. I think that you are only going to be happy with another lude.
