Default Problem with AEM CAI

Hey guys, i figured if I post this here I might get more help. I'm doing a B16 swap for my 89 CRX Si, and I bought AEM V2 CAI. It's the hybrid intake for B16 swap CRX. The intake plumbing does not clear battery AT ALL. I'm wondering if any of you had similar experience, or could it be a wrong part that they sent? I checked the receipt and the box, it seems to be same. I wouldn't think that I have to relocate the battery. that would be bizare....

You shouldn't need to relocate the battery (AEM specifically states "no modifications needed"), so I would double check the part number on the intake itself. It should be P/N: 21-5001C
