I recently bought a 2.5" JDM 4 to 1 exhaust and it obviously wont fit into my 98 GSR cat... I was wondering which ITR cat if any can be used, or should I go with a High Flow cat with custom welds? Any sites or people that have these products would be helpful as well...

 

this is my setup

jdm 98 itr, omni 2.5 test pipe, kteller 2.5 ss exhaust piping, 18" 2.5 magnaflow resonator, magnaflow 2.5 ss muffler

when first starting the car, you can hear an explosion of rushing air coming out the exhaust. after that first second, it goes back to becoming very quiet and almost stock. no rasp at all.

you can always use a omni adjustable test pipe or ask smsp/kteller to make you a custom length cat. just measure the gap and tell them

so its a no go on the itr cat?
i wanted to basically go with the cheapest setup fo now, because Im prolly going to swap everything out by winter time, just wanted to have a lil more power in the meantime...

you can get a jdm itr cat, they sell them on password for a bill. they are out of stock but i called them and they are going to have them soon
