Default Cruise control doesn't work

I recently had a new H23 engine installed into my Si because my other one blew, and just the other day I noticed the cruise doesn't work now. The green light on the dash goes on alerting me that I set the cruise control like normal, but the pedal doesn't depress that little bit like usual and my speed declines (in other words, nothing happens besides the light going on). Is this most likely just a vacuum hose that isn't hooked up or is it something else? Thanks in advance.

I am guessing a vaccum line espcially if they did a motor swap. but also check the wires going to the unit.

Thanks guys, I'm pretty sure that was the problem because it was loose even though that was the first thing I checked, I guess I just glanced and thought it was plugged in all the way. Still have to test it, but this should be solved, thanks.
