Default DRLS and regular light combine?

I was wondering if it was possible to have the DRLS run while during at night, because I noticed that if I turned on the lights it would go off. I want to know if it is possible to have both of them on so I can have a combination. Let's say I want pure white light bulbs in the regular lights and Pure blue for my DRLS, that would be pretty cool, might be a bit illegal.

Oh yeah about changing the bulbs how do you reach the bulb on the passenger side? I can barely squeeze by hand in there, but I still can't unplug the connector.

If you read your owner's manual, it will show you to access the headlight and blinker bulbs, you must lift the car up, remove the tire behind the headlight, and remove the platic clips holding in the spalshguard. Of course, I don't do this because I've got nimble fingers.

STI this is the third consecutive post that I read where you're just being a dumb azz. Is it that you have nothing better to do?..or better yet thinking about trading in that piece of **** car that you have. Get a life loser
