Stock fogs on without headlights?
So i had the dealership install the factory fogs. They work great but for some reason they only turn on with the headlights? IS this the correct wiring setup. I think it'd be nice to turn the fogs on with only the running lights?
Normal or no?
Normal or no?
that is the correct wiring
i Know on the 6th gen civic (same correct wiring, fogs only on with headlights) that there was a wiring trick (switch some wires) to make the fogs come on with the signal lights at least, wish I was good with electrical stuff, I would do it to my fogs

tried...I wired mine up to a constant source (basically directly to the battery, but just soldered to another wire under the dash that shows 12V constantly)
This works great, but the only problem is that the fog light indicator no longer lights up showing whether or not your fogs are on, and since it is wired up to a constant source it is very easy to leave the fogs on after leaving your car since there is no warning system.
I rewired mine back to stock and i'm happy
