Some lights don't light up on Tac

Some lights don't light up on Tac
On my 2002 some of the bars don't light up on the Tac. On the lower rpms like two of them don't light up. So there is a little gap between 500 and 1k rpm. All the rest are fine. Is it fixable by replacing a bulb or do i have to replace the whole gauge cluster?
