Which pistons for d15B? SEARCHED
I searched this, never came up with a good answer.
I want to know what pistons fit into a jdm d15b. The reason I ask is I have a d15b with #3 piston shot, and I don't really want to get a set of aftermarket pistons, I just want to get a set of used ones to get it back to working order. Or, if anyone knows anyone with blown or used d15b pistons...that'd be great too.
Thanks in advance

d15b pistons are NOT the same as z6 pistons. there is a discrepancy in engine sizes of 100cc's. Since the rods are identical, the difference MUST come in the pistons. not to link to other forums, but this thread has a LOT of good info on JDM SOHC's

do not use z6 pistons. they will stick out of the deck. i know vitara pistons work in a d15b and yield about a 9.4-1 compression ratio. as for stock replacement pistons, i have no clue where to get them other then see if a honda dealer or someone can order them from japan.
P.S. this is a jdm d15b vtec right?
