My friend just bought a 2002 Honda crv engine from a salvage yard and his father has a cherry picker ans we are going to make this a project/bet between our girlfriend's that we cannot do it without the aid of a mechanic shop. It is going into a 02 civic si the same setup as mine but w/out the type s head. Unfortunately I wasn't there for the majority of the installation and vaguely remember what I was there for. So any input would be a great help. (P.S. there are some pretty humiliating things riding on this.)

 

wut were u asking? i dont get your question? if its about the swap its the same as yours. you need the sub frame for the 02 civics.

 

it is the same but I'm not entirely sure what is next/ involved. We've got both of the complete engines, we're just looking for any recommendations on approaching the swap.

 

Make sure you get an OEM engine harness....

Well first of all, get the mounts you need to load it in there. You need the wiring harness and a diagram for wiring. ECU for it. Start there... oh and Search function does wonders as well.
