I'm still looking at how to route mine but I have flex off of 4 conductor 750 MC (it's about 3" for those not in the electrical field) for the duct. I'm still looking at how to attach it to the front dam.
Here ya go!

First off the Butlers will be a waste of money if you are using them in the fog light position in a 92-95 civic. They will hit the bumper, even if you cut the bumper all the way to the support.
You need ducting that has more of an aggressive angle and even then you need to use a heat gun to shape correctly.
I will post some pics of my set-up.

Please do, because my current set up is cutting the factory fog light location, triming down a similar duck to the Butlers and mounting it to the bumper support. It's looks good but I haven't ran the at a track that requires some cooling.

You're not likely to find any solution for that problem, sans removing the intercooler.

This is one of those "gray area". I used the bumper from my other 92 Civic SI which came with OEM foglights
I have removed the fog lights and used the already open (= cut) area for the brake ducks

Considering the alternatives, J's and others, they are cheap, and look better... IMHO.

Yeah, these are flawless in fitment and quality. Definately worth the price compared to others out there.

Integrating the ducts into an air dam and routing them underneath the bumper cover is a possibility, though not the best solution since off-track excursions will easily claim them.

Thanks for the pics so far, but I really wanted to see teh ducting at the caliper and rotor. I want to know how to angle the duct. Do you point it at the caliper itself? or is there away to mount it so both sides of the rotor gets cooled?
