Default Stock head unit and aftermarket sub

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but right now I'm in the market for an 02 RSX type-s, with the bose sound system and I was wondering if I can take and run my aftermarket amp and sub through the stock head-unit, so that I don't lose the 6 disc CD changer. Any help would be much appreciated.

Yup. Search for Line Out Converter, or Hi/Low Converter... Been covered hundreds of times...
