Default One Thing After Another ... D@MN IT!

I'm doing an h23 head swap onto my f22 block and have all the parts to finally do it. well I started to take the head apart to replace the gasket and what not and one of the bolts snapped off in the head. ***profanity goes here*** what do you guys recommend that I do to get it out? take it to a shop or attempt to ezout it?

Happened to me.. And hated it..
^^Make that a few times..

If you feel compfortable drilling it out, do that and EZOut it..

Otherwise, I guess you'll have to take it to a shop..

OH! And be sure to get all new bolts for the head there, or you'll be going through this again... TRUST ME!

hell yea, def gonna pick those up since i dont want **** to break in the head again ...

EDIT: the head studs are what I want to replace the bolts that hold the cam caps in place, correct? which are the arp ones that bolt the head to the block?

head studs are head studs which arent what you broke off.

however, arp will make anything you want for the right price, but all you should need is a little antisieze on them threads or even oil and you should be fine. just dont overtighten.

H23 ARP head studs are also what you use for the F22 block
