Head bolt? Holds the Cam Plates? Or the Cly. Head to the block?

One did that to me before on the Cam Plates.. I just got some Vis-Grips (sp?) and took it out that way..
But you could drill it, but keep it straight..

Also, I was recommend buying all new bolts for the Cams Plates and such..

ok i did this also.
first this is the head bolt 6 point or 12?
if it is 6 point make sure you get a half inch drive 6 point socket (a good one to)
next you will notice on the bolt that it has a ridge on the top of it. take and extention and beat that ridge down flat.
then take your 6 point socket and beat that over the head bolt.
get a 2-3foot breaker bar and 2 people pull on it at the same time (you might only get 1 chance at it.
should break loose
if you have any questions let me know.

I did what 92Lude did and got 1 off that i striped. One was so bad though it was a complete circle. I should have used a 6 point from the start. Anyway...i ended up drilling it out. Have to be very careful though...you could easily warp the head of the others ones arent loosened in somewhat of the correct sequence.
