What size slicks will fit a crx?
91 crx lowered about 2 inches....I want to get some slicks and i need to know what size will fit without me rolling the fenders or breaking in the side wall....thanks!
Well im not even sure what im going to do. I have two options...one, is to buy drag slicks(dragstrip) and mount on some 13 inch rims i would buy. Or two get street slicks for daily driving and mount on the 15 inch rims i currently have.
To answer the original question: for street driving, the best 15-inch size for your car is 195/50-15.
And I wouldn't run drag radials on the street, just because they wear so rapidly.

Street slicks is almost a contradiction in terms as far as I understand it. If you have some very sticky street tires you can look at the Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 or the Falken Azensis RT-615 (not available till November) The advantage about those over slicks for the street is you won't end up in a body bag after the first rainy day. I am sure other suggestions will come in.
Cheers.
