Default RS-R exhaust question.

I wanted to know if anyone has or has seen the RS-R exhaust system on a DC5. I want an exhaust system thats powerful but with out a huge amount of noise. This one looks pretty stock, and it claims its not so noisy. Anyway if anyone could give me some feedback on that it would be appreciated.

ExMag is nice, looks stockish with the canister, meaner sound to it, but still timid. Gains are average to other exhaust systems. If you're out to squeeze every pony out, it's not what you want.

Oh its a great exhaust! If you are just running an intake and exhaust, any other adders you might want to look into a larger pipe diameter. I think the ExMag is 2.25"? So if you have a few power adders on there, a 2.5" would be more desirable. Just my opinion. If I were running stock internals with a I/H/E I would use the ExMag, looks sleek and sounds real nice.

Do you know a shop selling the RS*R Ex Mag? I've been hitting up all the vendors on here and NOBODY has it. I've been wanting one for awhile now.

My buddy has the ExMag...sounds really good....not loud unless u get on it. Even when you get on it, it sounds great...He did notice some gains not much but enough to keep him happy

i think the muffler is restrictive since it's a chambered or semi-chambered design, but definitely quiet

If your planning to stay all motor. In other words I/H/E then Ex mag is the best design seems how its 60mm(2.5) compaired to every other exhaust being 65mm.

Somewhat relevant. I have the Exmag on my DC2 and for ***** and giggles on the dyno we unbolted the axle back and only gained like 1 horse. In my opinion this exhaust flows great. With the axle back unbolted it was crazy loud, but all hooked you can barely hear it. This exhaust is quieter than the Apexi WorldSport but barely. I think the Exmag might be the quietest thing out there, keeps the cops off your back too. Hit me up with a pm I might be able to get you a new one for the DC5.
