Default what do you do to keep the new car smell?

so what are some things you do to keep that "fresh off the line" car smell in your car? i know theres nothing "really" that replaces it, but i just don't want that FUNK smell starting to take over. or any other nice smelly things that you may have!

Not sure about this one, but I have had mine now for 2 months. The new smell is gone, but I keep mine really clean. So, no "funk" smell exists. I recommend cleaning it once a week and put a new car smell fragerance in it.

Rofl go to the store and buy the "NEW car smell" freshener! Simple and easy. I've even seen it in someones bathroom and that was pretty weird a bathroom smelling like a car?....

go to a fabric store and get a roll of vinyl.
park your car in the californian sun
watch where the sun beads on the inside
place vinyl roll in the spot where the sun is hitting
close all the doors and windows and let it sit

repeat as necessairy

You know you can buy a spray from the car dealer, also you might have gotten used to the smell. My dads avalanche still smells like that since 04.

I think BS 22 and BrandonSI 06 have the right idea, but if you really want that smell just use some ozium. that will get ride of all the bacteria in the air and leave it smelling brand new.

Keep windows rolled up, have your A/C on recirculate, don't smoke (tobacco or chronic), keep out smelly passengers, and last but not least don't spill the beer on your seat. I learned the hard way and had to put up with stale Budweiser for 3 weeks. Other than that my '06 smells as fresh as the day I drove it out of the dealer.
