Noob question! What is the uk version of the GSR?

As the title said... Because the top of the range here is the VTI is that the same?

Because i want to get some cams adn everyone runs gsr cams with their turbo setups. I dont know if i should run my standard B16 vti cams or something better.

Uk verison of GSR, are we talking about Integras.. cause then i'm pretty postive it would be the SiR.. engine code B18C..
