Default 96 2.2 non vtec fuel pressure settings

I have a 96 accord lx sedan with basic i/h/e mods with an aem adjustable regulator(stock fuel rail), unorthodox crank pulley and an msd coil and wires.

My question is about fuel pressure settings on the aem regulator.

I just wanted to know what pressures people have tried out and if they have gotten any results from them.

I haven't played around much with changing the pressure but i'd like to see if it would be worth while to stray from stock pressure.

If anyone has any experience with this let me know.
thanks

I set mying to 40 psi instead of the 38 spec. With the B&M kit I have, it said to adjust it a little higher to help the ECM compensat for the incressed air flow. the car runs cheery and still gets good gas milage, but I do have a primary 02 heater code. I have tryied to set it to stock and rest the ecm, but still got the code. I think it might be from the walbro 255lph pump, because that code poped up right after I installed that.
