Default si rim tires

Just bought Si rims. What are the best tires for it and the numbers? Like for instance 205-50R-15, 215-55R-15, 195-50R-15, etc.

That's correct. Based on your username, if you have a 1997-2000 Honda Civic (or a '96 that's not a hatchback or a DX), then you can use either 195/55-15 (which is the best match to your stock tire size) or 205/50-15 (which is slightly wider and 1.6 percent smaller in diameter). Either one will work. (If you have a pre-'96 Civic or a '96 DX or hatch, then the best size for you is 195/50-15.)

If you have two sets of wheels - your old ones that you can use for winter tires and these are for the rest of the year - then you can get summer tires. Through the end of this week, there's a great deal on a very good summer tire at the Tire Rack. You can get the Dunlop Direzza DZ101 in 205/50-15 for $48 per tire and then get a $50 rebate on a set of four, so you're paying $142 plus shipping for a set of four tires. That's an awesome price on a very good tire.

If you have to use the same tires all year round in our climate, you'll need all-season tires. It's a compromise; they're not as good in winter as a winter tire, and they're not as good the rest of the year as a summer tire. But if you have to get all-season tires for your car, then the Kumho Ecsta ASX is as good as any all-season tire on the market, and the price is excellent also. The Tire Rack sells the 205/50-15 for $48 plus shipping each ($58 each, less a $40 rebate on a set of four, through August 12), and sells the 195/55-15 for $53 plus shipping each ($63 each, less a $40 rebate on a set of four, through August 12). For all-seasons, I would recommend spending the extra few bucks to get the narrower 195/55-15 size.
