I know its a noob question, but where can I find this lip?

the usdm ex/si/vx lips are completly identical to the jdm eg6 lip

This is optional from what I understand for USDM versions. I have seen it a lot on DX's though.

Sometimes you can get lucky at a junkyard and snag one for $15. Or you can follow me on a road course and eventually I'll tear mine off under braking or when I go flying off at 100+ mph into a field and then you can just ****** it and run away for free That's how I lost my first one -tear-
