Why dosnt my H22A have a KnOcK SeNsOr??
iv been reading a lot about knock sensors on h22a's and everyone seems to have one. why doesnt mine have one, (trust me it dosnt) do i need to add one???

what ecu are you going to be running? p13? then yes (interchangeable, get it off wherever)... if your h22 swapped in another vehicle, then it depends, again, on which ecu you're using

Where are you looking?
It's the plug right above your oil filter. It could possibly be missing. Check if there's a threaded hole right about your oil filter.

if you truly do not have a sensor there, your p13 is either chipped, or the red/blue wire on the wire harness is plugged into another sensor (or even the knock sensor) located somewhere else
i bought the swap as a auto sold the tranny harness and ecu put on my tranny harness and bought a mt p13 ecu from a 94 usdm prelude. the blue/red wire is there just hanging because there is nothing on the block except the oil sensor. hard to tell but looks like a cap in the block just up and left of the oil filter. ecu is not chipped. and the sensor is not anywhere else.
