Default y8 to z6 edelbrock intake manifold sensor problem

ok well im almost done with the manifold swap but have a question. the sensor thats top left of the iat on the z6 manifold in the first pic. that one that connects to the nippile left of the iat sensor. should i just not connect it? because there is no mount on there on my y8 edelbrock manifold. what sensor is it anyway?

Pretty sure that's the little control for the charcoal canister. When I got my ZC, the intake mani didn't have that vacuum output on it so I just t'd it in with my fpr vacuum output. That way I can 1) pass smog and 2) get much better gas mileage than you get w/out it.
