buying a 94 GS-R, was stolen, need opions ASAP!!!
Alright, so i went to go and test drive a 1994 integra GS-R. He wants $5100, but said he would go down a couple hundred. THe car needs a wax, and a good wash, and a few scracthes and dents here and there. The interior is stained but could be fixed up nice. The car drives amazing, seems to have nothing wrong with it there. But then he mentioned that the car was stolen. He said the rims were taken ect ect. The thing that is worring me is the steering column doesnt lock. and the plastic part behind the steering wheel is loose but is screwed in all the way. and the drivers side can only be unlocked and locked by the key. What do you guys think?? Is the steering wheel not locking a big problem? What most likely happen?? ANY INFO. HELPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All Hondas and Acuras, as far as I know, can only be locked and unlocked with the key. It's to prevent you from locking your keys in the car. Or you can hold the door handle open from the inside, hit the power locks, then let go and it'll lock that way too.
Also, personally, I'd pay $20 or $30 or whatever to run a CarFax, just to do some more investigating on a somewhat shady situation.
