Somebody opened my door too fast, too far. The check strap snapped, ever since, the door falls a little when it opens, if i replace the check strap, does the check strap need to be on the door first, then put the pin in, or should i put the pin in, then bolt it to the door? I just need the steps of replacing it. thanks
