Default timing belt (auto tensioner)

i am putting a timing belt on my h22a i was told that their was a way you can put the timing belt on without touching the auto tensioner is their a short cut that i can use without taking or even messing with that. oh i looked in the FAQ and i did not see anything relating towards that or my issue please help guys

i know right that is why i am asking i was told that you get a pry bar and push it down 2 of my friends told me but my other homebody told me you can and will not beable to move it. so yeah that is where i am at then i will be able to drop it in my 94 accord.
