you need a new valve cover gasket, 5 min. fix. be sure to clean the surfaces where the gaskets meet the head and valve cover. also while your at it id go ahead and replace the end cam seal too.

Yeah its the Valve Cover gasket,

As said by skip, 5 min fix.

The cam seal requires taking the cams out, or I did
and thats not a 5 min fix, Timing belt etc.... have to come off.

Just replace the vlave cover gasket It should be like $25-$30

get the fel pro kit, for 20 bucks you get the valve cover gaskets, plug tube seals, and the top bolt seals. dont mess with the cam seals, thats a bigger job, if it aint broken dont fix it.

syphon the oil out if you can, or try to stick a shop towel to soak up most of the oil.

What I did the other day when I found my tube full of water

I took single peices of paper towels,
And rolled them into really small rolled up paper towels,

then I took a long flat head and pushed it down around the spar plug,

it worked for me, try it out
