I'd say clutch, spring popped out, and mine was Horrible to get into gear.

that may not be it, my gears were hard to go in and it happend to be my master cylinder, i changed both master cylinder and slave cylinder for the cliutch, does your clutch go all the way to the floor and just hang? Feels loose?

before you do everything expensive, why not change the oil and use 10w40 or redline oil. that fixed mine.

change the tranny fluid. take it to a honda dealer and have them change it. the honda mtf is really good. it fixed my gearing problem. im not sayin it'll fix urs but its worth a try.

if you have to push the clutch in all the way to the floor then its a hydraulic problem and if you have to change gears at the top(barely pushing the clutch in at all) its a clutch problem.

It could be the master cylinder, you could have low fluid due to a leak of the slave cylinder or something.

I have the same problem with mine. haven't driven it in weeks.

Its gotten so bad that the car won't even go into gear once I start it. I'd have to put it in 1st and then start it. Once I do that the car automatically takes off.

also, I have a hard time changing gears. It feels like I have to use 2 hands just to shift. On top of all that the clutch sounds like I'm dragging metal on the concrete

so with that said... I have to change the:
slave cylinder
clutch master cylinder
new clutch
resurface the flywheel

I just tore my trans off of my block and one of the springs in my clutch was laying in the bottom of the cover. Two oposing springs were f*cked (one was out of the holder like I mentioned, and one was on its way out). The clutch and throw out bearing need replaced so that will be done tomorrow night or the night after. If you're not grinding into your gears, I wouldn't say synchro's quite yet.

i would start with the cheap stuff first.

if its hydralic, you can try and bleed it.

change tranny fluid. with a little lucas.

it might even be a warped flywheel. thats my problem right now.
